Frequently Asked Questions

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. A grace period of 3 days is provided, so payments made by the 5th are not subject to late fees. Payments received after the 4th will incur a late fee, as detailed in your lease agreement.

You can pay your rent through several convenient methods: online via our tenant portal, by direct bank transfer, or by mailing a check to the property management office. Please refer to your lease agreement for specific details regarding acceptable payment methods.

If rent is paid after the grace period, a late fee will be applied to your account. Continuous late payments may result in further action, including notification of breach of lease terms. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, so please contact us immediately if you anticipate a delay in payment.

Apart from the monthly rent and potential late fees, other charges may include utilities (if not included in your rent), pet fees, parking fees, and service charges for amenities. Specific details can be found in your lease agreement.

We do charge notice delivery and postal fees if we have to deliver a notice to your rental.

Rent increases are subject to the terms of your lease agreement and local housing regulations. Typically, any rent increase will be communicated to you at least 120-90 days before your lease renewal date, depending on local laws.

If you need to terminate your lease early, please contact the property management office as soon as possible. Early termination may result in penalties or fees as outlined in your lease agreement. We may offer options like subletting or lease assignment, subject to approval.

A digital copy of your lease agreement and property policies can be found in the tenant portal. If you need a physical copy or have any questions regarding your lease terms, please contact the property management office.
