Getting Started

Our goal is to provide clarity and support every step of the way, ensuring your home meets and exceeds your expectations. Let’s embark on this journey together, ensuring you’re well-informed and ready to make the most of your new home with Ember Realty.

Paying Rent Online

When you complete your application through our website, an account is automatically created for you. To access it, simply click on the profile icon located at the top of the page, and then select "Pay my rent." Here, you can also set up automatic payments and explore additional options.

Maintenance Requests

Instead of requiring expensive security deposits that just get tied up for a year, Ember Realty use a no security deposit option for those that qualify. Instead of a large lump sum, you’ll only be required to pay a small monthly fee to cover the lease. Keep your money and rent without taking out a small mortgage!

Annual Property Inspections

Ember Realty performs annual home inspections to maintain property standards and ensure tenant safety. These reviews assess property condition, identify necessary repairs, and ensure compliance with housing regulations. It's a seamless process aimed at enhancing living conditions and addressing any issues proactively.

Renter's Insurance

All tenants are required to carry at least $100,000 in renters insurance liability coverage. This ensures protection against accidental property damage or injuries within your unit, offering peace of mind and contributing to the community's safety.

Resident Benefits

Ember Realty offers residents valuable benefits, including complimentary air filters for optimal air quality, identity theft protection, positive credit reporting for timely rent payments, monthly rental rewards, 5% cash back on rent, and a one-time late payment forgiveness, enhancing their rental experience and financial well-being.
