We’ll call the client and help them make the appointment to sit down and review what to expect.
We pay you up to $500 for every door you send us!
Your check goes in the mail as soon as we get paid for placing a tenant in the rental.
What If My Client Wants To Sell In The Future?
Our relationship with your client is strictly property management. When the above owner is interested in selling in the future, Ember Realty will notify the referring agent that the owner is interested in selling.
Ember Realty does market to ALL of our clients in an attempt for them to send us additional owners and/or renters. Ember Realty will not pay a referral fee if the referred owner refers any additional owners and/or renters.
Am I Protected With A Written Agreement?
Yes! We provide you with a written & signed referral agreement for your protection. Typically, it’s the standard FAR/BAR Referral Agreement.
Is there A Referral Limit? Can I Send You Leads All Day Long?
Please do. There is no referral limit; we will pay you a referral fee for every referral you send us that enrolls in our management services.
